Temporary Rental Housing & Short Lets

New employees coming to London will require temporary accommodation for either a few days or weeks whilst they look for a more permanent solution. We have access to a selection of short let properties to fulfil this requirement, ranging from studios to ambassadorial style houses.

Sourcing Rental Properties for Long Term Tenancies

Our corporate relocation advisor will provide a dedicated point of contact. We will arrange to speak or meet with the Company and/or employee and obtain a full brief of the property requirements. A list of suitable properties to rent will be provided and emailed to the employee for them to shortlist via our free Multiple Listing Service.

Accompanied Viewings

All viewings are accompanied by a fully trained member of the team who has expert knowledge of London and can explain about the areas and properties being visited.

Tenancy Agreement Negotiation

We will guide on all aspects of the tenancy agreement and procedures associated with renting a property. The rules and regulations may vary considerably from other parts of the world.

Inventory Check-In

An inventory “check-in” is a very important procedure in order to safeguard both the Landlord and the Tenant. We can arrange for an inventory clerk to specifically check the Landlord’s inventory on your behalf at the commencement and termination of the tenancy rental.

Tranfer of Utilites

We can assist with the transfer of utilities into the Tenant’s or Company’s name at the commencement and termination of the tenancy for the supplies of gas, electricity, water, telephone, council tax, cable/Sky television.
