Regents Residential lets any type of property from a studio to a large Ambassadorial style house via our Short Lets Service for a period of one week+ up to three months+, subject to local authority restrictions.

Short Let properties are usually let fully furnished to a high standard with all utility bills for lighting, heating, television and council tax included in the rent, but excluding the cost of telephone calls.

If the property is serviced accommodation then this also includes maid service once a week or daily. Fully furnished means inclusive of all furniture, electrical appliances and household equipment, bed and bath linens, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
