Regents Residential will discuss and agree a Marketing Strategy with the Landlord in order to let the property and can arrange for floorplans, professional style photographs, internet brochure and an EPC on the Landlord's behalf.

All property lettings are advertised on our own website as well as major national and local property portals. We advertise extensively in a selection of property and lifestyle magazines, newspapers and other media suitable for the property being advertised.

Because we are used to dealing with property lettings negotiations at the highest level we have built up an excellent reputation in the UK London lettings marketplace. That is why a large amount of our new business is generated from the recommendation of satisfied clients and applicants which include: national and international companies and corporations, banks, embassies and relocation companies, as well as private individuals.

Accompanied Viewings

All London property lettings viewings are accompanied by a full trained member of the lettings team who has expert knowledge and experience of the London areas. Whenever necessary, property viewings can be arranged outside of normal working hours.
