Some potential Purchasers prefer the peace of mind of knowing that we act for them, so they retain our services and we work exclusively for them as buyers - they pay our fees and become our Client. When this happens we do not take a fee from the Seller. If required, Regents Residential can also acquire the property on the Purchaser's behalf. Our aim is to source, identify and secure a property, at the best price and on the best terms available, in what are sometimes complex and lengthy negotiations.

General advice and guidance

We can advise and guide throughout the transaction. Recommendations for solicitors, accountants, architects, builders, interior designers and furnishers can be given, if required.

Exchange and Completion

We keep a watchful eye over the whole conveyance process and co-ordinate all parties until completion.
